The Chelsea Walton Case

Harassment Protestors

Ms. Walton was called into her English professor's office to go over her term paper.  Dr. Fishbein, 55, said she was doing well in his class, but that she could do much better.  He proposed some "extra assignments" that included:  Ms. Walton wearing provocative, see-through blouses whenever she came for "tutoring" sessions.  That she go out with him after their sessions to the campus pub "Barney's O' the Green."  After protesting, Ms. Walton was told that she could not expect an "A" in Professor Fishbein's class unless she agreed to his conditions.  Ms. Walton wants an attorney to represent her interests in a lawsuit against the school and Professor Fishbein.  Will you be her lawyer?
