Welcome BOT Flex Lab
The
Business Office Technology (BOT) Department welcomes you to the Flex
Lab website. The BOT department offers many classes, most of which
are available through the Flex Lab (located in the Tech Mall, Room 70-131
on the Grossmont College campus in El Cajon, CA). All Flex Lab
courses are open entry/ open exit and each student selects his or
her own hours of attendance to fulfill the course requirements. Stop
by Room 70-131 anytime for more information.
GETTING STARTED (for enrolled students)
- Review
the Flex Lab Guide and course syllabus (find
your syllabus by using the link in the left pane).
- Attend an Orientation during the times listed below or view
the NEW STUDENT
ORIENTATION.
- Log into Blackboard to complete your required Orientation
Verification Activity. (Available only to enrolled students at
the start of the semester).
Orientations We will
also host live Orientations during the first week of the
semester. Attend one orientation
in the Flex Lab, Room 70-131.
Monday - Thursday at
one of the
following times: 10:00
a.m., 2:00 p.m., or 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 10:00 a.m.
We are offering Flex Lab
Orientations in Arabic on the following days next week.

(After January 27, come to the Flex Lab during lab hours

IMPORTANT DATES:
Last Day to Drop: April 20, 2012
Regular Coursework Due: May 18, 2012
Finals Only: May 21-23, 2012
Complete course hours and assignments anytime during lab hours
Coursework must be completed by Friday, May 18, 2012
Final Exams can be completed once you have finished all coursework.
If you wish to wait until Finals Week to take your Final Exam, you
may do so on the dates below:
