299 DIGITAL SCULPTURE
2 units, 1-1/2 hours lecture, 1-1/2 hours laboratory Prerequisite: Art 170 or equivalent. Art 171 is recommended. Corequisite: 179A or B or C or D or equivalent. Introduction to sculpting
in digital media using Macintosh computers as the primary expressive tool.
Lecture, demonstration and practice with computers as an artistic tool
serving a variety of artistic endeavors including composition,
manipulation and presentation.
Concurrent enrollment in Art 179 is recommended.
Transfers to CSU. This course meets all Title 5 standards for Associate Degree Credit. |
